To all hiring managers in the Medical Sales sector

Jobs are coming back and good candidates are scarce. Many reps laid off in 2020 have started new jobs in the last 6-9 months and the ones that stuck it out during the last 16 months are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and making good money again. If you are interviewing and have a candidate you like, I suggest you move as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can bet that candidate is entertaining other positions and if you don't move quick, you will lose them. I'm speaking from first-hand experience on this topic.
